Cost Reporting Filing Deadline

A reminder that the 2020 RHCF-4 Cost Report deadline is Tuesday, July 20, 2021.  DOH has, thus far, not given any indications of a filing extension. The corresponding DAL is attached.

DOH has also provided further guidance regarding Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) utilization for 2020 RHCF reports. Please see DOH email below:

Hello,

The Department has received numerous inquiries regarding the reporting of Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) utilization for the 2020 RHCF cost reports. We are aware of the effect of the mandatory shut down of the ADHC programs during 2020 on the 2022 ADHC rates. We are discussing this issue and will provide further guidance once available. In the meantime, please fill out the cost report in the same manner as previous years, in accordance with the related instructions.
