Pause in HERDS reporting – Memorial Day Weekend

The Department remains on alert regarding COVID-19 and appreciates the information provided through the various COVID-19 surveys. The Department will not require HERDS reporting for hospitals, nursing homes or adult care facilities on the following dates:

Monday, May 27

HERDS reporting will resume on Tuesday, 5/28/24. Please ensure that data submitted on Tuesday is complete. We hope you have a good Memorial Day weekend.

On Memorial Day, please join the Department in taking some time to honor those who gave their lives in service to our country.
