Reminder – Due December 31st – LHCSA and ALP LHCSA Stat Report

Attached you will find DAL: DHCBS 24-08 2023 LHCSA Statistical Report and 2023 ALP LHCSA Statistical Report with Instructions.

Summary

The New York State Department of Health requires all Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs), including those affiliated with Assisted Living Programs (ALPs), to register annually starting January 1, 2019. For 2025 registration, agencies must submit a complete 2023 LHCSA Statistical Report and/or 2023 ALP LHCSA Statistical Report by the deadline.

Failure to complete and submit the statistical report by the stipulated deadline will result in penalties.

The reports are completed via the Universal Data Collection System (UDCS) platform, and access is managed through the Health Commerce System (HCS). Agencies must ensure accurate HCS Administrator Role assignments and follow detailed instructions provided via the HCS to successfully complete the extensive reporting requirements necessary for registration.

Reports are due by December 31, 2024
