Q: We’re an Adult Home – how long do we have to save menus?

A: Dated copies of menus, as planned and as served, including any changes or substitutions, shall be kept on file for a period of six months.

Q: We’re an ACF, can you please confirm what the resident room temperatures need to be in the winter?

A: When the outside temperature is 65 degrees Fahrenheit or below, ACFs must maintain the inside temperature in residents’ bedrooms and common areas at a minimum temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Please click here to view the Cold Weather Advisory for additional detail.
