NYSCAL would like to remind providers that the 2021 Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Statistical Report and the 2021 Assisted Living Program (ALP) LHCSA Statistical Report must be submitted by February 28, 2023. The Dear Administrator Letter and the attachments are below.
