Pause in HERDS reporting – July 4th

The Department remains on alert regarding COVID-19 and appreciates the information provided through the various COVID-19 surveys. The Department will not be requiring HERDS reporting for hospitals, nursing homes or adult care facilities on the following dates:

Thursday, July 4.

HERDS reporting will resume on Friday, 7/5/24. Please ensure that data submitted on Friday is complete.
