Carl Pucci, NYSHFA | NYSCAL CFO to Retire

Stephen Hanse, President and CEO has announced today that Carl Pucci, NYSHFA | NYSCAL’s Chief Financial Officer will retire effective December 31, 2022.

Carl Pucci has dedicated 17 years to the NYSHFA | NYSCAL and its members. Throughout his tenure at NYSHFA | NYSCAL, Carl has played a critical role in all financial and reimbursement issues impacting New York’s skilled nursing and assisted living providers. From legislative initiatives to state budgetary proposals to reimbursement litigation cases, Carl has been directly involved in a multitude of initiatives advancing the concerns and interests of long-term care providers across the State.

“Carl is a true professional and will be sorely missed by our Members and staff alike,” stated Mr. Hanse.  “Carl’s knowledge, experience and character is one-of-a-kind and we wish him the very best in his well-deserved retirement,” added Hanse.
