Willow Towers Awarded National Silver Quality Award

We are pleased to announce that NYSCAL member facility, Willow Towers in New Rochelle, was awarded AHCA/NCAL’s esteemed National Silver Quality Award on Tuesday evening at the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention in Las Vegas. The National Quality Award Program – an exclusive benefit for NYSCAL members – helps facilities identify critical areas for improvement. This is a three-level program that evaluates organizational capability against nationally-recognized standards for excellence, making it one of the most comprehensive and cost-effective performance assessments available to you as an assisted living provider. Winning a Silver Award is a tremendous accomplishment, demonstrating a facility’s achievement in quality.
