Due Today! – ALP/ADHC ARPA Spending Survey

The Department of Health has posted the surveys for Assisted Living Programs (ALPs) and Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) providers reporting American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

The surveys are due by October 30^th at 5:00 PM.

The survey is collecting documentation for spending of funds from July 2024 – September 30, 2024.
