As a reminder, NYSCAL members, you are also NCAL members! NCAL has a partnership with EQUUS Workforce Solutions and they are one of the few selected intermediaries for registered apprenticeship by the Department of Labor. Registered Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential. This opportunity will be open to applicants during the month of September.
