NYSDOH – Pause in HERDS reporting

The Department remains on alert regarding COVID-19 and appreciates the information provided through the various COVID-19 surveys. The Department will not be requiring HERDS reporting for hospitals, nursing homes or adult care facilities on the following dates:

• Friday, 4/15/22
• Saturday 4/16/22 or
• Sunday 4/17/22.

HERDS reporting will resume on Monday, 4/18/22.  Please ensure that data submitted on Monday is complete.
