DOH Issues Revised 1/1/21 Rates

DOH has issued the following rate notification:

“Please be advised that the posting referred to in the 8/19/2021 DAL are now available on the Healthcare Financial Data Gateway section of Health Commerce System. They can be found under the title of “2021 Nursing Home Initial Rates updated case mix”. Please be advised that rate sheets for the litigants affected by the residual equity lawsuit will be posted at a later date.”

The revised rates include an update to the CMI, reflecting the July 2020 MDS collection, as well as the 2021 Minimum Wage add-on. The operating rate changes will be reflected in Medicaid cycle #2296 (check release date 9/8/21). Attached is the DAL with further information.
