April 1, 2022 ALP Rates Posted to DOH Website

DOH has posted the 4/1/22 ALP rates to their website. Below is the notice to providers with further information:

Dear Medicaid Provider,

This is to advise your ALP facility that the initial April 1, 2022 Medicaid Fee-for-Service rates, which include a 1% operating increase in accordance with the State Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Budget, are posted to the following website under “Current Rates” titled April 2022 ALPS 1% Enhancement: https://www.health.ny.gov/facilities/long_term_care/reimbursement/alp/

The 4/1/22 ALP rates with 1% operating increase are active at eMedNY effective June 28, 2022 with retroactive claims processing automatically in cycle #2342, check release date 7/27/2022.
