Facility Staff Testing Requirement FAQ

As you know, the Dear Administrator Letter dated January 7, 2021 now requires operators and administrators of all nursing homes to test or arrange for the testing of all personnel, including all employees, contract staff, medical staff, operators and administrators, for COVID-19 twice per week. We have confirmed with the New York State Department of Health that the attached Frequently Asked Questions document from June 24, 2020 remains relevant.
