It is a way for you to feel empowered and to tell your story on behalf of your facility and your residents. The NYSCAL team will equip you with all the information you need and prepare you in advance. We will be advocating alongside you on issues that dramatically impact your day-to-today operations – whether that be Medicaid funding, duplicative HCBS regulations, or the cost you pay for a certified financial audit.
