DOH to Release ALP Minimum Wage Survey

NYSHFA/NYSCAL participated on a DOH call earlier this week in which the Department indicated that the 2020/2021 ALP Minimum Wage survey would be released within the next week or two. The survey will be similar to the one utilized for the 2017-2019 Minimum Wage reconciliation. The Associations will be given the opportunity to review the survey in advance of its release and have requested at least 30 days for providers to respond.

The 2020/21 Minimum Wage Survey process is a precursor to the long-awaited update to the ALP rates.
