DOH Implements 2023/24 2% NHQI Penalties

DOH is processing revised Medicaid rates for 2023 and 2024 to reflect the updated NHQI Penalties for nursing homes with poor performing NHQI scores. The 2% penalties will be processed in Medicaid cycle #2498 (check release date 7/23/25).
