2022 Nursing Homes & ACF Workforce Survey

The Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS) invites you to complete the 2022 Nursing Home and Adult Care Facility Health Care Workforce Recruitment and Retention Survey.

If you are responding for both a licensed nursing home and an ACF, please complete one survey for each facility type.
