NYS DOH Census Data Collection Period for Medicaid Reimbursement

NYSHFA is reminding providers of the upcoming dates for the MDS census data collection period for Medicaid reimbursement. See full DAL 4/16/21 attached.

Providers must – View/Match census data on HCS – April 8, 2021 to May 7, 2021 

MDS Certifications are due from NH Providers – May 14, 2021

After your data has been accepted, the system generated acknowledgement of the receipt message will state , after your data has been accepted you have an additional seven (7) calendar days in which to make corrections to the Payer, Dementia and BMI selections.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CERTIFICATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS AFTER MATCHING.
