CMS to Re-release Medicare Advantage Disenrollment Guidance

CMS will be re-releasing guidance for SNF’s regarding resident disenrollment from Medicare Advantage Plans, initially released in 2015. Attached is AHCA’s bulletin which includes a summary of the initial guidance. AHCA will also develop a webinar and template to capture any additional information that is released.
