Advisory: NYSDOH Respiratory Surveillance Report for Week Ending 10/25/2025
The NYSDOH Bureau of Communicable Disease Control (BCDC) produces a weekly statewide viral respiratory surveillance report that includes influenza, COVID-19 and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) data from October through May.

This surveillance report is also available on the NYSDOH’s public website at: https://health.ny.gov/diseases/communicable/respiratory_viruses/ as well as on the NYSDOH’s password-protected Health Commerce System (HCS). To access the report on the HCS, log onto the HCS using your HCS password, select “Content” from the menu bar, then “Documents by Group”>”NYSDOH”>Diseases and Conditions”>”Respiratory”> “Surveillance”>”Weekly Reports 2025-26.”
