Comments to the Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC)

Attached is a revised PHHPC comment letter prepared by NYSHFA regarding the draft 70/40/5 Spending and 3.5 Staffing Mandate regulations. This revised draft letter does not require facility specific financial data.

Also, below is a link to NYSHFA’s VoterVoice where you can electronically submit your comments to PHHPC. If you are sending a hard copy letter, it is imperative that a copy of your PHHPC comment letter also be emailed to Comments@nyshfa.org.

It is imperative that you complete this letter ASAP and e-mail it to PHHPC.
