2022 Mortgage Database Review

DOH is requesting that providers review the database of reimbursed mortgage and bond issuances in advance of issuing the 2022 Capital Preview rates.

Attached is the DAL and applicable database form which should be utilized only if applicable to your facility.

The mortgage database information is due by COB Friday, July 16, 2021.
