DOH Posts July 1, 2022 Rates

DOH has finalized and posted the July 1, 2022 rates to their website. The rates include an updated case mix adjustment for the MDS period 10/1/21 through 3/31/22. Payment for the rates will be in Medicaid cycle #2362 (check release date 12/14/22). The website link and DAL provide detailed facility-specific information. The Benchmark rates have also been updated accordingly.

In addition, DOH is also issuing the 2% supplemental rate increase and 2023 ATI funding (for those who were pre-qualified) on 12/14/22. NYSHFA will update members once DOH releases further information with respect to the 2% supplemental increase.
