Skilled Nursing Facility Guidance Document – Disclosures

The Department of Health has not promulgated any regulations or guidance to date concerning the disclosure requirements required by skilled nursing facilities that became effective 10/21/21. As such, NYSHFA is providing the attached in the absence of any formal regulation or guidance by the DOH for your consideration. It is advised that you consult with your counsel on this matter prior to implementation.
