The NHQI 2023 Results on Health Data NY & Other Resources

The 2023 Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI) results which are based on the 2022 MDS data have been posted to the New York State’s Health Data NY website. Please find the attached document for detailed instructions to access the Health Data NY data and other resources.
