REMINDER! 2023 ALP Minimum Wage Survey Due by December 29th
On December 6, 2023, the Department of Health issued a letter to Administrators of ALPs with materials to complete a minimum wage survey. The information will be utilized to determine the increase in their minimum wage add-on for the 2023 rate year.

Please note that although the minimum wage in upstate areas increased in 2023, there was no corresponding increase in the downstate areas. If your program was not affected, you have the option to opt out from completing the full survey.
All ALPS, even those opting out, must return the form with Section I of the template completed and the reason for opting out in Section II.
The template and signed attestation form are due by December 29th to ALP-RATES@health.ny.gov.
