Master Plan for Aging (MPA) Survey EXTENDED

Due to the recent surge in enthusiasm and overwhelming response from survey participants, the DOH is extending the survey period through January 31, 2024.

The Office for the Aging and Department of Health are seeking input from older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers. They are using the survey results to help develop strategies and priorities for the Master Plan for Aging. Members, their residents, and residents’ families are encouraged to participate in the survey which can be found by clicking HERE.
