New York state officials have found probable cause that two assisted living operators discriminated against people with disabilities who use wheelchairs, setting up a potential court case. In response, NYSCAL would like to have an educational discussion on ADA requirements with Kurt E. Bratten, Esq. from O’Connell & Aronowitz and what the expectations of our members is.
