NYSCAL Gets SSI Bill Introduced in Assembly

NYSCAL is pleased to share that S.8767 (Persaud) was introduced yesterday (April 9, 2024) in the Assembly (A.9807, Davila) after repeated lobbying efforts. As you will recall, this bill provides for a one-time SSI increase of 10% to adult care facilities (Congregate Care Level 3, enhanced residential care). You can read the bill text here.
