Q: In an EALR, can a nurse assist if a resident cannot manage her own oxygen?

A: Yes, a nurse can assist, but an aide cannot.

Q: I’m under the proper understanding that DOH needs to approve the person we put into the “Activities Director” role? If so can you remind me the reg so I can look into what qualifications they need to have?
