DAL DHCBS 25-10 Updated HCS Requirements

The Department of Health published the attached DAL DHCBS 25-10 Updated Health Commerce System Requirements for LHCSAs, CHHAs, LTHHCPs, and Hospice providers. To ensure compliance, providers are expected to establish and maintain appropriate policies and procedures. The Department recommends that agencies review their policies and procedures at least annually to ensure that the responsibilities listed in the DAL are adequately addressed.
