New OSHA Injury Tracking Application Webpage

OSHA has launched a new Injury Tracking Application (ITA) webpage that is now posted on the OSHA web site:  https://www.osha.gov/injuryreporting/.  This page provides requirements and guidance about electronically submitting your establishments’ injury and illness data from the OSHA Form 300A: Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300: Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, and OSHA Form 301: Injury and Illness Incident Report.

Mark your calendar for January 24 @ 1:00pm EST when OSHA Region 2 will present a discussion of the ITA requirements, OSHA Recordkeeping and where to find resources for both at OSHA.gov.  Detail on registration will be provided in early January.
