January 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day?  Cake comes in many forms: layered, molten, bundt, fluffy,  decadent, frosted… …but we all love cake…and chocolate!

January 28th is National Blueberry Pancake Day!  Pancakes are great, but pancakes dotted with juicy, nutritious blueberries are even better —Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and are packed with nutrients and have been linked to health benefits including lower blood pressure, improved insulin response, and reduced risk of cancer.

National Corn Chip Day is celebrated on January 29 every year. Corn chips are crunchy, and made out of cornmeal. Not to mention, they’re tasty, and can be eaten alone or with your favorite dip.
