NYSCAL Member Meeting

Join NYSCAL for a member meeting on July 28, 2021 featuring Daryl Cronk, the Regional Director of Dining Services for Elderwood.

Daryl will present how to perform action stations or exhibition cooking, how to follow proper food safety techniques, how to avoid common mistakes when cooking outside the kitchen and will give a review of NYSDOH regulatory common tags.  Participants will earn 1 CEU for attendance.
