Reminder: 2nd Quarter Statistical Information Report

NYSCAL would like to remind members that the 2nd quarter statistical information report reflecting the period from April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2022 is due July 31, 2022.  The Department has indicated that faxed or printed copies will not be accepted, and failure to submit this QSIR by July 31, 2022, may result in enforcement action including the imposition of civil penalties.

Administrators may access and complete the QSIR on the Health Commerce System. Several HCS roles may enter QSIR data, including the ACF’s Administrator, Administrator-Backup, HPN Coordinator, and Data Reporter; however, the Administrator or Administrator-Backup must review the QSIR data, complete the attestation statement, and submit the completed QSIR.
