Reminder Regarding Documentation of Vaccination Declinations

NYSHFA is reminding all providers to keep good documentation of staff and resident COVID-19 vaccination declinations.

NYSHFA recently received information the NYSDOH may be asking for the names of employees who declined the COVID-19 vaccine, to interview them during the survey process.
