ALP DAL on Minimum Wage

The New York State Department of Health issued a Dear Administrator Letter regarding the State´s Minimum Wage reconciliation from January 1, 2017 through January 1, 2019.

The initial minimum wage component for the 2017-2019 ALP rates were issued with an incorrect regional calculation. A recalculation was completed.  The updated 2017-2019 ALP Minimum Wage Rates will be active in cycle 2273, check release date March 31, 2021.   Some of the rate changes may result in recoupments and A/R balance increases.   The DAL can be viewed at the link below.
