Joint Advocacy: Addressing Concerns Over New Adult Home Resident Roster Regulation

NYSCAL, LeadingAge, and ESAAL sent the attached letter to the Department of Health expressing concerns about the newly finalized adult home regulation that will become effective in December. This regulation requires all facilities to submit a resident roster to the DOH quarterly. The Department has acknowledged receipt of the letter and is currently preparing a response.
