The Office for the Aging and Department of Health are also seeking feedback though a statewide public survey. They are using the survey results to help develop strategies and priorities for the Master Plan for Aging. Members are encouraged to participate in the survey which can be found by clicking HERE. The survey deadline is December 31st.
