Fall is the perfect time to extend an invitation to your State legislators for a facility tour. Educate your lawmakers on what assisted living is, how it impacts and supports residents within the greater community, and how challenging issues like the workforce crisis are affecting you and your daily operations. Remember – you are the constituent. They need to understand how integral you and your facility are, and they want to meet with you and your residents.
