DAL #21-15 Cold Weather Advisory

The New York State Department of Health has issued Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) #21-15, Cold Weather Advisory.

The DAL outlines steps to be taken by providers in cold weather to provide residents with a comfortable and safe environment, as well as symptoms for hypothermia and frostbite.
