A: Yes, they can request to see incident reports, and they must be made available upon request.

Q: We have vending machines available to residents. Does that count as always having food available?
A: Although having vending machines for residents is a nice amenity, providers must ensure that food and snacks are available to residents at no extra charge. Please see Section 487.8 – Food service | New York Codes, Rules and Regulations for regulations for Adult Homes.
