Informational Message: Delay for Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report

This is a message from the New York State Department of Health regarding the Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report. We anticipate the report opening in the coming weeks. There will be another informational message sent prior to the report opening and ample time will be provided for the data to be reported. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This report requirement does NOT apply to assisted living and adult care facilities (ACFs), with the exception of home care staff working in the Assisted Living Program (ALP); however, ACFs should be tracking this information consistent with Article 21-A of the Public Health Law (PHL).
