HCS Role Updates in the Communication Directory

NYSHFA-NYSCAL is reminding all providers to check and update the Communications Directory in the Health Commerce System (HCS) to ensure the correct staff are assigned in the correct role. Anytime there is a change of key staff you must review the HCS and make the appropriate changes accordingly. The NYSDOH uses the HCS system to notify providers during an emergency and when any key information is released. Facilities will be cited if the HCS is not updated when changes occur.
