Informational Message: Pause in HERDS reporting – Labor Day

The Department remains on alert regarding COVID-19 and appreciates the information provided through the various COVID-19 surveys. The Department will not require HERDS reporting for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Adult Care Facilities on the following dates:

Monday, September 4, 2023.

HERDS reporting will resume on Tuesday, 9/5/23. Please ensure that data submitted on Tuesday is complete. We hope you have a good Labor Day weekend.
