CMS Issues FY 2024 SNF Final Payment Rule

CMS has issued its FY 2024 PPS Final Payment Rule (see attached PDF). The Rule provides a net market basket increase of 4.0% for SNF providers (approx. $1.4B) and is effective beginning October 1, 2023. (See CMS Fact Sheet). Further highlights are attached, and AHCA is preparing an in-depth summary in the coming days which NYSHFA will relay to members.
