DOH: IHANS Alert for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Adult Care Facilities

Thank you for your ongoing efforts to collect information vital to responding to the COVID-19 virus. The Department will not require a daily COVID-19 HERDS report on the observed Christmas and New Years holidays. (12/25/2023 and 1/1/2024)

Daily COVID-19 HERDS reporting will resume on the Tuesday following the observed holidays, 12/26/2023 and 1/2/2024.
