*Please note the Health Commerce System User must be assigned one of the following facility-level roles Administrator, Operator, or Director of Nursing to access the HCDMS file.
For role issues, please work with your HCS HPN coordinator. The facility level HPN coordinator is the only role that can assigned facility level HCS roles
The emergency regulation Hospital and Nursing Home Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements effective January 26.2023 can be accessed via the link below.
The emergency regulation Nursing Home PPE requirement uses nursing home average resident census as the multiplier whereas the previous requirement used total certified beds as the multiplier. The average census is the for the calendar year 2022 calculated from the facility level HERDS COVID 19 survey submissions.
