Pause in HERDS reporting – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Department remains on alert regarding COVID-19 and appreciates the information provided through the various COVID-19 surveys. The Department will not be requiring HERDS reporting for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Adult Care Facilities on the following date:

Monday, January 15, 2024.

HERDS reporting will resume on Tuesday, 1/16/24. Please ensure that data submitted on Tuesday is complete. We hope you have a good Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
